First Game of 2020-2021

Emma Campbell, who plays defence for the Kingston Jr's, wears a mask as she prepares to leave for the rink for the team's first exhibition game of the season. As per OWHA Covid rules and guidelines, the games are restricted in terms of the number of players allowed on the bench and on the ice, as well as spectators in the arena. The games follow a 4 on 4 format with no face-offs and zero contact. Despite the new rules and uncertainty about whether or not there will be a regular season this year, the players were extremely excited to be back on the ice.
Zanon Leading Scorer

Congratulations to Kingston JR forward, Kiara Zanon, who was awarded the PWHL's Leading Scorer Award for the 2019-2020 season. Zanon had 33 goals, and 31 assists in 35 regular season games. Best of luck to Kiara next year as she plays for Penn State.
CrossFit Limestone

The Kingston JR's train off-ice at CrossFit Limestone. Bob Pain,owner, was born and raised in Kingston, Ontario where he grew up playing every sport possible. When attending St. Francis Xavier University, he played for the varsity rugby team and coached swimming on the side. After spending a few years traveling and teaching abroad, Bob moved back to Kingston to focus on his real passion, coaching. He is the owner and head coach at CrossFit Limestone. He started the gym in 2013 and has been doing it full time ever since. During that time he has developed a high performance program working with Teen Athletes which is now called Limestone Performance. This program focuses on strength, speed and performance in the weight room and in sport. Outside of the gym, Bob loves to travel with his wife, Tera, and find delicious restaurants in various cities. Some of his qualifications are: NCCP Weightlifting (Level 1), NCCP Swimming (Level 1), CrossFit Football, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Weightlifting, CrossFit Mobility, Training Think Tank (TTT) Movement Course, TTT Strength Systems, TTT Energy Systems.
